With over 30 years steeped in the rhythm of Dance and a professional journey spanning 18 years in the corporate world, Parul Malhotra brings a rare blend of artistry and strategy to everything she does. A certified Odissi artist, an accomplished dance educator, and co-founder of Step Up and Dance Academy (est. 2012), Parul has been on a heartfelt mission: to help people of all ages discover confidence, creativity and the joy of self-expression through the transformative power of dance.

What began as a childhood passion blossomed into a lifelong purpose—to make dance accessible, empowering, and full of soul. Her commitment to nurturing talent and igniting confidence shines through every online course, live class, and global workshop she leads.
